You really summed it up for writer...Wonderful post. You really summed it up for writers. Now I have a nit to pick about THE GREAT GAME MURDERS. Okay, just teasing you, but I would have loved a bit more of a "travelogue" when the story moves to Goa.

I visited Goa years ago and stayed in a hotel so new they were still building it. Goa still had one foot in the past and one in the future. Seriously, I remember reading somewhere that when India kicked Portugal out of Goa they literally did it overnight -- basically saying, Don't bother to pack a suitcase, just go.

I thought Goa must be the most exotic place on earth. What did I know? But it would surely make a good setting for a murder mystery, if there is enough of the past still there.

I do enjoy Robbie's adventures. Maybe you could send him back to Goa for vacation. Anyway, thanks for the great post.

Pat Browninghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09827344209588183175noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1574419000683181221.post-29428223385739047052013-12-06T16:31:30.974-05:002013-12-06T16:31:30.974-05:00Many thanks for the opportunity to share a few tho...Many thanks for the opportunity to share a few thoughts on writing.
